\u300c\u57fa\u4e8e\u6444\u5f71\u673a\u7684\u624b\u6301\u88c5\u7f6e\u3001\u884c\u52a8\u88c5\u7f6e\u3001\u6e38\u620f\u8bbe\u5907\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u88c5\u7f6e\u7684\u611f\u6d4b\u6280\u672f\u300d \uff08Camera Based Sensing in Handheld, Mobile, Gaming, or Other Devices\uff09\u7684\u4e13\u5229\u3002\u8be5\u4e13\u5229\u7531\u53d1\u660e\u5bb6Timothy Pryor\u6240\u6301\u6709\uff0c\u4ed6\u4e8e1990\u5e74\u4ee3\u5f00\u59cb\u76f8\u5173\u6280\u672f\u7684\u5f00\u53d1\uff0c\u5e76\u5728 2013 \u5e74\u6210\u7acb\u4e86 Gesture Technology Partners \u516c\u53f8\u3002\u8be5\u53d1\u660e\u5185\u5bb9\u6d89\u53ca\u4f7f\u7528\u4e00\u4e2a\u6216\u591a\u4e2a\u6444\u50cf\u5934\u5206\u6790\u8f93\u51fa\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u8ba1\u7b97\u673a\u8f93\u5165\uff0c\u7528\u4ee5\u611f\u77e5\u4eba\u5bf9\u663e\u793a\u5c4f\u7684\u52a8\u4f5c\u3001\u4eba\u4f53\u7684\u4f4d\u7f6e\u6216\u65b9\u5411\u7b49\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u7528\u4e8e\u7b80\u5355\u7684\u8f93\u5165\u8bbe\u5907\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u867d\u7136\u8fd9\u9879\u4e13\u5229\u5df2\u4e8e2020\u5e74\u8fc7\u671f\uff0c\u4f46 Gesture Technology Partners\u4ecd\u5728 2021\u5e74\u5bf9\u82f9\u679c\u3001\u8c37\u6b4c\u548c LG \u63d0\u8d77\u4e86\u4e09\u8d77\u72ec\u7acb\u8bc9\u8bbc\u3002Gesture \u58f0\u79f0\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u516c\u53f8\u5728\u4e13\u5229\u6709\u6548\u7684\u671f\u95f4\uff08\u5373 2020 \u5e74\u8fc7\u671f\u4e4b\u524d\uff09\u4fb5\u72af\u4e86\u5176\u6743\u5229\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5bfb\u6c42\u635f\u5bb3\u8d54\u507f\u3002Gesture\u5f3a\u8c03\uff0c\u5728\u4e13\u5229\u5c1a\u5c5e\u6709\u6548\u65f6\uff0c\u5176\u6709\u6548\u6027\u4ece\u672a\u53d7\u5230\u4efb\u4f55\u8d28\u7591\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u4e09\u5bb6\u79d1\u6280\u516c\u53f8\u91c7\u53d6\u4e86\u53cd\u51fb\u884c\u52a8\u3002\u5979\u4eec\u4e8e2021\u5e74\u5411\u7f8e\u56fd\u4e13\u5229\u5546\u6807\u5c40\uff08USPTO\uff09\u7684\u4e13\u5229\u5ba1\u7406\u66a8\u4e0a\u8bc9\u59d4\u5458\u4f1a(PTAB) \u63d0\u4ea4\u7533\u8bf7\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u64a4\u9500\u8be5\u4e13\u5229\u3002\u5728\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7a0b\u5e8f\u4e2d\uff0cPTAB \u9996\u5148\u88c1\u5b9a\u53d6\u6d88\u4e86\u8be5\u4e13\u5229 33 \u9879\u6743\u5229\u8981\u6c42\u4e2d\u7684 31 \u9879\u3002\u968f\u540e\uff0c\u7f8e\u56fd\u8054\u90a6\u5de1\u56de\u4e0a\u8bc9\u6cd5\u9662\u4e8e2025\u5e741\u6708\u88c1\u5b9a\uff0c\u5ba3\u544a\u8be5\u6574\u4e2a\u4e13\u5229\u65e0\u6548\u3002<\/p>\n<figure class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u9762\u5bf9\u4e13\u5229\u88ab\u5ba3\u544a\u65e0\u6548\u7684\u7ed3\u679c\uff0cGesture Technology Partners \u8bd5\u56fe\u5c06\u6b64\u6848\u4e0a\u8bc9\u81f3\u7f8e\u56fd\u6700\u9ad8\u6cd5\u9662\uff0c\u4f46\u6700\u9ad8\u6cd5\u9662\u6700\u7ec8\u62d2\u7edd\u53d1\u51fa\u8c03\u5377\u4ee4\uff08Writ of Certiorari\uff09\uff0c\u5373\u62d2\u7edd\u53d7\u7406\u6b64\u4e0a\u8bc9\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u4e00\u6848\u4ef6\u7684\u5173\u952e\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4e89\u8bae\u5728\u4e8e\uff1a\u4e13\u5229\u6743\u4eba\u662f\u5426\u4ecd\u53ef\u5c31\u5df2\u7ecf\u8fc7\u671f\u7684\u4e13\u5229\u53d7\u5230\u6311\u6218\uff1f\u6362\u4e00\u79cd\u8bf4\u6cd5\uff0c\u5373\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u662f\u5426\u53ef\u4ee5\u6311\u6218\u5df2\u7ecf\u8fc7\u671f\u7684\u4e13\u5229\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u6700\u9ad8\u6cd5\u9662\u5ba1\u8bae\u671f\u95f4\uff0c\u82f9\u679c\u3001\u8c37\u6b4c\u3001LG \u4ee5\u53ca USPTO \u5728\u5404\u81ea\u63d0\u4ea4\u7684\u8bc9\u8bbc\u6458\u8981\u4e2d\u90fd\u63d0\u51fa\u4e86\u76f8\u540c\u7684\u8bba\u70b9\uff0c\u5373\uff1a\u5373\u4f7f\u662f\u8fc7\u671f\u4e13\u5229\uff0cPTAB\u4ecd\u53ef\u5bf9\u5176\u6709\u6548\u6027\u8fdb\u884c\u5ba1\u67e5\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u4e13\u5229\u6709\u6548\u6027\u95ee\u9898\u6301\u7eed\u6d89\u53ca\u300c\u516c\u5171\u6743\u5229\u300d\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0cGesture Technology Partners \u5219\u6301\u53cd\u5bf9\u610f\u89c1\uff0c\u4e3b\u5f20\u8fc7\u671f\u4e13\u5229\u5df2\u8d85\u51fa PTAB \u7684\u5ba1\u7406\u6743\u9650\uff0c\u53ea\u80fd\u5728\u8054\u90a6\u6cd5\u9662\u5355\u72ec\u63d0\u51fa\u6311\u6218\u3002<\/p>\n<p><a name=\"_ftnref1\"><\/a>\u5c3d\u7ba1\u6700\u9ad8\u6cd5\u9662\u62d2\u7edd\u53d7\u7406Gesture\u4e0a\u8bc9\u6848<a href=\"#_ftn1\">[1]<\/a>\uff0c\u5bfc\u81f4\u300c\u4e13\u5229\u8fc7\u671f\u540e\u662f\u5426\u4ecd\u53ef\u88ab\u6311\u6218\u300d\u8fd9\u4e00\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u95ee\u9898\u5e76\u672a\u83b7\u5f97\u6700\u9ad8\u5c42\u7ea7\u7684\u6700\u7ec8\u88c1\u5b9a\uff0c\u4f46\u5176\u62d2\u7edd\u7684\u4e3e\u52a8\uff0c\u5b9e\u9645\u4e0a\u7ef4\u6301\u4e86\u4e0b\u7ea7\u6cd5\u9662\u652f\u6301\u79d1\u6280\u5de8\u5934\u7684\u88c1\u51b3\u3002<\/p>\n<p><span
