class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u5728\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u5408\u6210\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u6709\u4e00\u79cd\u5173\u952e\u9175\u7d20\u53eb\u300c\u812f\u80fa\u9178-tRNA \u5408\u6210\u9176\u300d\uff08\u7b80\u79f0 ProRS\uff09\uff0c\u5b83\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u662f\u5e2e\u52a9\u812f\u80fa\u9178\u8fd9\u79cd\u80fa\u57fa\u9178\u6b63\u786e\u63a5\u5230\u5bf9\u5e94\u7684tRNA\u4e0a\uff0c\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5236\u9020\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u7684\u539f\u6599\u3002\u81ea\u7136\u754c\u6709\u4e24\u79cd\u7248\u672c\u7684 ProRS\uff0c\u5404\u81ea\u8d1f\u8d23\u5904\u7406\u4e0d\u540c\u5f62\u5f0f\u7684tRNA\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\u5728\u4eba\u7c7b\u7ec6\u80de\u4e2d\uff0c\u7ec6\u80de\u8d28\u5185\u6709\u4e00\u79cd\u7248\u672c\uff0c\u7c92\u7ebf\u4f53\u5185\u5219\u662f\u53e6\u4e00\u79cd\uff0c\u4e24\u8005\u8fa8\u8bc6\u7684tRNA\u622a\u7136\u4e0d\u540c\u3002\u4ee4\u4eba\u60ca\u8bb6\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u5f13\u5f62\u866b\u4f53\u5185\u7adf\u7136\u53ea\u6709\u4e00\u79cd ProRS\uff0c\u5374\u540c\u65f6\u62e5\u6709\u4e24\u79cd\u4e0d\u540c\u578b\u6001\u7684tRNA\uff0c\u5206\u522b\u5b58\u5728\u4e8e\u7ec6\u80de\u8d28\u53ca\u9876\u8d28\u4f53\u4e2d\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u5947\u7279\u7684\u73b0\u8c61\u4e00\u76f4\u4ee4\u79d1\u5b66\u5bb6\u767e\u601d\u4e0d\u5f97\u5176\u89e3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e2d\u592e\u5927\u5b66\u751f\u547d\u79d1\u5b66\u7cfb\u6559\u6388\u738b\u5065\u5bb6\u4e0e\u7edf\u8ba1\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u6559\u6388\u66fe\u8bae\u5bbd\u5408\u4f5c\uff0c\u53d1\u73b0\u5f13\u5f62\u866b\u7684 ProRS \u80fd\u540c\u65f6\u8dd1\u5230\u7ec6\u80de\u8d28\u53ca\u9876\u8d28\u4f53\u5185\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u62e5\u6709\u524d\u6240\u672a\u89c1\u7684\u300c\u4e00\u9175\u7d20\u53cc\u6a21\u5f0f\u300d\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u80fd\u7528\u4e24\u79cd\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u6a21\u5f0f\u5206\u522b\u5bf9\u5e94\u7ec6\u80de\u8d28\u53ca\u9876\u8d28\u4f53\u5185\u4e0d\u540c\u578b\u6001\u7684tRNA\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u76ee\u524d\u79d1\u5b66\u754c\u9996\u5ea6\u53d1\u73b0\u4e00\u79cdProRS\u9175\u7d20\u80fd\u540c\u65f6\u50ac\u5316\u4e24\u79cdtRNA\uff0c\u98a0\u8986\u4e86\u8fc7\u53bb\u5bf9\u8fd9\u7c7b\u9175\u7d20\u4e13\u4e00\u6027\u7684\u8ba4\u77e5\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u7814\u7a76\u56e2\u961f\u8fdb\u4e00\u6b65\u4f7f\u7528\u4e00\u79cd\u5df2\u77e5\u80fd\u6291\u5236ProRS\u7684\u836f\u7269\u2500\u5e38\u5c71\u916e\u8fdb\u884c\u5b9e\u9a8c\u3002\u7ed3\u679c\u663e\u793a\uff0c\u5f53\u5f13\u5f62\u866bProRS \u4e0e\u4e0d\u540ctRNA\u4f5c\u7528\u65f6\uff0c\u5bf9\u836f\u7269\u7684\u654f\u611f\u7a0b\u5ea6\u5dee\u5f02\u7adf\u8d85\u8fc7\u4e94\u500d\uff0c\u663e\u793a\u9175\u7d20\u7684\u7acb\u4f53\u7ed3\u6784\u4f1a\u56e0\u5bf9\u8c61\u4e0d\u540c\u800c\u4ea7\u751f\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u53d8\u5316\u3002\u8fd9\u9879\u53d1\u73b0\u4e3a\u672a\u6765\u7cbe\u51c6\u8bbe\u8ba1\u9488\u5bf9ProRS\u7684\u836f\u7269\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u91cd\u8981\u7ebf\u7d22\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e2d\u592e\u5927\u5b66\u8fd9\u9879\u7814\u7a76\u4e0d\u4f46\u89e3\u5f00\u4e86\u5f13\u5f62\u866b\u86cb\u767d\u8d28\u5408\u6210\u7684\u8fd0\u4f5c\u673a\u5236\uff0c\u4e5f\u6709\u671b\u6210\u4e3a\u5f00\u53d1\u65b0\u4e00\u4ee3\u6297\u5bc4\u751f\u866b\u836f\u7269\u7684\u8d77\u70b9\uff0c\u8fc8\u5411\u526f\u4f5c\u7528\u66f4\u4f4e\u3001\u9009\u62e9\u6027\u66f4\u9ad8\u7684\u6cbb\u7597\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002\u672a\u6765\u80fd\u66f4\u6709\u6548\u5bf9\u6297\u5f13\u5f62\u866b\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u7c7b\u4f3c\u7684\u5bc4\u751f\u866b\u75be\u75c5\uff0c\u5b88\u62a4\u66f4\u591a\u4eba\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u3002<br
